Job Responsibilities:
·         Demonstrable experience & well versed in building outstanding sales organizations.
·         Meet sales targets and in line with the organizational business objectives and strategy.
·         Participate in building the organizations Sales vision and strategy.
·         Revenue ownership and willing to independently lead sales organization and generating new business globally.
·         Should have had experience in the entire sales process.
·         Build and manage an on-ground Sales Team across geographies, both in India and overseas.
·         Strong business planning skills from strategy and initiatives to budget and resource planning
·         Nurturing client/partner relationships to both influence and build a pipeline of opportunities.
·         Proven success with enterprise customers
·         Knowledge of ERP Product-selling
·         Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
·         Building a relationship with Prospects and Clients
·         Manage the proposal development process in coordination with the delivery team and maintain the time-lines for the proposal
·         Understands clients' needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus
·         Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.
