Job Description

We have opening for Sales : e-Payments/Online Payment Gateway/Merchant Acquiring/Card Payment Processing/Payment Industry
Designation: e-Payments (Asst Manager/Manager)
Experience: 3-6yrs in Online Payment Gateway, Banking Industry, eCommerce, Merchant Acquisition, Payment Industry, B2B industry, Online Business Advertising Industry, Card Payment Processing 
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: Negotiable

Good English Communication Written & Verbal, 
Aggressive, 
Sales experience compulsory
Good interpersonal skills 
Stretch and learning ability
Business Understanding and good networking
Good coordinating abilities
Email etiquettes
Candidate should have ability to deploy payment gateway to ecommerce websites & enable LIVE, more than 30 merchants monthly
Should be disciplined, time management, efficient, target achievement oriented and effective in post closure documentation & LIVE enablement
Identifying & Closing brands, corporates, Performing Merchants, Key Accounts, Transacting Merchants
Identify prospective Merchants
Map Potential merchants and generate leads for the organization and generate new opportunities.
Manage, build and develop merchant relationships. Ensure that these relationships are profitable to the business.
Manage and maintain records of Sourced Merchants.
Conduct effective negotiations with Merchants for competitive and sustainable pricing/terms for the business.
Effectively forecast potential sales & revenue from new and existing markets and to identify the required marketing activities to achieve the sales & revenue forecast
Share and seek out best practices and Knowledge
Ensure operational efficiency and the proper delivery of services.
Acquire, Develop, Manage, Upsell & Retain merchants 
Co-ordination with other departments for effective post sales experience and Faster Merchant live process
Fulfilling Sales target as shared 
Design and implement competent strategies for exploring potential business avenues, and develop existing business and timely meeting pre-determined sales targets
Nil Merchant Attrition
Ensure operational efficiency and timely enablement of services 
Collaborate with management on new product development, sales support activities and new revenue opportunities
Develop ones knowledge of competitor(s) activities, industry standards, market trends, technology, systems, and other relevant information
