Responsibilities :
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat.
  2. Research and resolve questions and assist the department with all customer related initiatives.
  3. Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.
  4. Help achieve our company wide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction in a “one contact” environment.
  5. Manages time and company resources appropriately.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s & Diploma Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • 0-3 years live chat experience in customer service environment.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrating ability to handle multiple chats at once.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
